  Well we called this company to schedule a evaluation of our home for pest. Was told 6/15/17 that we could expect the specialist to show up between 1pm to 5pm, I sat at home with the idea of them coming. I called around 3 to see if they could give me more of a ETA on the visit first person said they left the specialist a message cause he did not answer, I called again 10 minutes after 5 letting them know he had not contact me or showed. I told the lady in the phone I would give them to 530pm so I gave till 6pm for more of a lead way. The lady Julie, she understood what I had asked and she asked for me to be on a brief hold while she contacted the specialist. She came back to the phone noticed that the address was placed in wrong, and fixed it, I said well the other 2 not did even verify, she said so the specialist could not locate do to wrong address making a reason for the reason he might not have showed. Then she actually spoke with him and he said he would be glad to come out Monday that we was not scheduled to have a evaluation. I waited all day to have this completed. When I could have spent part of a day with my kid fishing. But instead a day was wasted waiting on a company that just does not have their act together to insure the customer was taken care of.
