  Had 2 experiences with this company. TERRIBLE. First off, they don’t want to show up to do the work. Took them two weeks to show up for 15 minutes just to tell us the part we knew was broken, was broken. They’ll “have to order it, and not sure if they can even get it or not” not sure what that’s supposed to mean, sounds like ignorance to me. They also have no idea when they’ll have anything fixed as a result of not knowing if they can even get the parts. The most info you’ll get out of this miserable guy is about how little he actually does know. PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS. You can do better Norm, and if you can’t, quit, you suck.
